Electronic research portal launched by PHCC
In order to streamline the procedures for researchers and save time and effort spent on the permissions needed to complete their research projects, Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) established the electronic portal “Research.”
The PHCC highlighted that the portal’s introduction symbolises a continuation of the agency’s digital transformation of its services, particularly in light of the fact that it would give researchers crucial tools for obtaining clearances while also ensuring the security of their research projects. According to Dr. Hanan Al Mujalli, executive director of the Clinical Affairs Directorate at the PHCC, , the electronic “Research” portal provides a user-friendly, adaptable, and educational platform for the researchers so they have a single access point for all information related to research submission and are able to track their research plans in accordance with appropriate timelines.
Al Mujalli noted that the PHCC is aware of how ongoing scientific research results may improve the quality and effectiveness of medical services.
