Asia’s top performers will play at the Bollywood Music Festival, which will take place on Friday, November 4 at Lusail Stadium in Qatar.
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Sunidhi Chauhan, and the composing team Salim-Sulaiman have all been confirmed to appear. Rahat is a prominent playback singer in Hindi film and a Pakistani entertainer. Chauhan is an award-winning Indian singer and TV talent show judge. Salim-Sulaiman is a musical duo composed of brothers Salim and Sulaiman Merchant. The event is being organised as a final practise run for the 80,000-capacity Lusail Stadium ahead of this year’s FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM, which begins on November 20.
Everyone attending the Bollywood Music Festival must be a FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM ticket holder with an official Hayya Card in order to help with tournament preparations. Only FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Hayya Card holders will be allowed admission to the venue. International Hayya Card members will be able to enter Qatar from November 1. For FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM ticket holders, the Hayya Card is required. It will serve as an admission permit for international fans visiting Qatar. During the tournament, it will also provide free public transportation and stadium admission to spectators who have a valid match ticket.
