Investments in Qatar expected to rise

Qatar’s world-class infrastructure and modern facilities have been attracting global investments, especially in the tourism and hospitality sectors. As more people visit the country, the demand for foreign investments is increasing, and Qatar is optimistic about its economy in the next five to ten years. According to a Qatar official, the country will become one of the top destinations for investors, with doors open for entrepreneurs worldwide to explore and invest.

The country’s economic diversification strategy, Qatar National Vision (QNV) 2030, has also contributed to the expansion of investments, with soaring foreign projects. Last year, global foreign direct investments (FDI) performed exceptionally well, and according to FDI’s inaugural FDI Standouts Watchlist 2023, the momentum is expected to continue this year. Qatar is determined to achieve a positive economy and is confident that its world-class facilities and modern infrastructure will continue to attract foreign investments.
